All products are shipped from Moji’s fulfillment center in Northbrook, Illinois.
If an order is placed Monday through Friday, before 10 a.m. Central Time, then the order will generally be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Federal Holidays, regardless of the day or time, will generally be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Moji cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimates and vary depending on order processing time and distance of the “ship to” address from our Northbrook, Illinois warehouse.
Returns & exchange
Moji offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Moji product, you can return your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in “like new” condition and in the original packaging you received. Moji will provide a full refund for the original product price however shipping fees are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
In addition, Moji will gladly exchange an item on your Moji order and provide you with a pre-paid domestic shipping label to complete the exchange.
