  • What is the difference between the orange massage spheres (Standard line) and stainless steel massage spheres (PRO line)?
    The standard line is lightweight and travel-friendly featuring high-tech engineered plastic spheres and is perfect for an on-the-go massage. The PRO line is our upscale professional line featuring stainless steel massage spheres; making the massagers heavier, delivering a deeper massage and giving users the ability to freeze for an ice massage!
  • What are the target areas for the 3 different product styles – Moji Curve, Moji Foot and Moji Mini Massager?
    The Moji Curve is a full body massager, perfect for larger muscles - quads, hamstrings, calves, IT bands, and hips. The Moji Foot is great for your feet. The Moji Mini is perfect for all over, but can target those hard-to-reach areas in your neck and shoulders. We recommend watching our videos on how to use the Moji Massage Line on yourself and/or others.
  • What kind of warranty do you offer for the Moji Massagers?
    Moji proudly offers a complete warranty against failure of its products for one full year from the date of purchase. Please refer to our to our Warranty page for complete details.
  • How should I clean my Moji Massagers?
    The Moji massagers can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth, mild soap, and water. Allow the product to dry completely before use. Never submerge Moji massagers in water.
  • Can my children use Moji Massagers?
    Moji Massagers are designed for adults; however, all Moji massagers can be used on children with reasonable caution. Consult a physician before using on children and never use on infants.

  • Where will Moji products be shipped from?
    All products ship from our fulfillment center in Lake Zurich, IL.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    Moji orders usually ship the same or next business day. If an order is placed by 10:00 a.m. CST, it usually ships the same day. If you prefer to receive your product sooner, you can expedite your shipping for a fee.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my Moji product?

  • Do you take international orders?
    Yes! We can now process international orders via our website. No need to call for every international order.
