MOJI OVERVIEW:

Ankle sprains account for almost half of all sports injuries in the United States.  Ankle sprains are common in athletic activities that involve running, pivoting and jumping.  Initial treatment includes the R.I.C.E protocol: Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation.  Icing along with compression and elevation can help reduce swelling and pain.
